What it’s like

Palate

Classic mature Pauillac territory: blackberry and cassis, cedar, mineral notes, earth and touches of vanilla, with fine tannins, freshness and good depth.

Monster Notes

“Yes, it's the second wine of Latour. But don't think ‘second wine’ means second-rate. Les Forts has its own following for a reason. This 2006 has proper age now and gives you that cassis, cedar, mineral Pauillac character without paying Château Latour money — although at S$322 still not exactly kopi money lah. 😂 One for somebody who appreciates what Latour is about.”
