“2005, Second Growth, Margaux. This is the sort of Bordeaux I enjoy because everything has had time to come together. Not about showing off power anymore — more fragrance, complexity and finesse. S$228 is not cheap, but you're buying a properly mature wine from a great vintage. This one I would open over a long dinner, not drink in a hurry.”
