What it’s like

Palate

Ripe blackberry, black cherry and plum with liquorice, herbs, spice and mineral notes. Generous and full-bodied but not clumsy, with ripe tannins and enough freshness to keep the wine lively.

Monster Notes

“S$95 is interesting. Ribera gives you plenty of fruit and structure, so if Bordeaux sometimes feels too restrained for you, try this. Big enough for beef and lamb but still fresh enough that you don't feel exhausted halfway through the bottle. For under S$100, this is the kind of serious red I would happily put on the dinner table.”
