Monster Notes
Lynch-Bages has always been a favourite with Bordeaux drinkers because it gives you that proper Pauillac character — Cabernet, cassis, cedar, structure — without needing an explanation. And 2009 gave it plenty of richness. Already 17 years old but don't think this fellow is retiring anytime soon. Bring out the beef and give it a proper evening.
