V.V.V stands for Verzy, Verzenay, and Villers-Marmery—three Premier Cru villages in the Montagne de Reims that lend their terroir magic to this cuvée. Think chalky, mineral-rich soil that gives the wine serious definition and a snappy freshnessOak—even for the typically neutral Chardonnay—and ~15 months aging on lees. Adds nuance, depth, and that good toasty-whisper of complexity. A splash (~45%) of older wine blended in to keep things spicy and layered.
