Fermented in stainless steel vats at 60°F without malolactic fermentation, and aged in the bottle at 51ºF for three years, this Champagne achieves remarkable purity and clarity. The name "Lilyale" reflects its pristine quality, embodying the essence of the noble Chardonnay grape.

REFERENCE TASTING NOTE:
