Experience the pinnacle of craftsmanship with Cazals' Vielles Vignes, produced from the vineyard's oldest section, planted in

1957 by Delphine Cazals' grandfather. Spanning just 1 hectare, this vineyard is meticulously tended to by Delphine and her dedicated team every morning leading up to harvest. Vielles Vignes represents Delphine’s finest work, boasting an exquisitely dry cuvée with a mere 2g dosage.

REFERENCE TASTING NOTE:

The 2014 Clos Cazals Blanc de Blancs is a remarkable expression of Chardonnay from the illustrious walled vineyard in Oger. This vintage greets you with a pale golden hue, shimmering with fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, it offers a bouquet of fresh white flowers, crisp green apples, and a hint of toasted almonds, intertwined with subtle notes of brioche and citrus zest.

The palate is greeted with a vibrant acidity that is perfectly balanced by a creamy texture. Flavors of ripe pear, lemon curd, and honeyed apricots dance alongside a delicate minerality, reflective of the chalky terroir. The finish is long and elegant, with lingering notes of white peach and a whisper of vanilla.
